The core of the bank's distribution channels are the external website, the online banking platform, the app, and the self-service flow. It is important that all these solutions work seamlessly together and form a strong visual unity that customers recognize and are familiar with.

Why?
An extensive design guide underlies all design work. It ensures consistency across distribution channels and accelerates the design and development process. The design system uses "design tokens" to define colors, spacing, corner rounding, shadows, and other design elements – which simplifies programming and decision-making. Significantly increased service
The new online banking system greatly enhances service for users and significantly simplifies ongoing development and maintenance. All key flows have been redesigned, and usage patterns have been defined and standardized. A strong emphasis is placed on good consistency between the online banking system and the app.
